The Township is considering new regulations to create a new Mixed-Use District (MXD). The MXD is intended to enable coordinated, high-quality development that thoughtfully combines housing, commercial, office, and civic uses within a compact, walkable setting while maintaining a suburban character. This proposal includes both a text amendment establishing the Mixed-Use District standards and a zoning map amendment applying the MXD designation to a defined area of the Township.
