Howland Township’s financial report for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2016 and has been filed with the Auditor of the State of Ohio.  Copies may be requested by contacting the Howland Township Finance office at 330-856-2340.

During 2015, Howland Township continued to experience a decline in revenue in Intergovernmental receipts which was due to a reduction of local government funding, phase out and loss reimbursement of tangible personal property tax and elimination of inheritance tax.    The following is a comparison of the total operating receipts, expenditures, ending cash balances and encumbrances for the years 2015 and 2016:
