Fiscal Officer / Finance: Financial Report Howland Township’s financial report for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2025 and has been filed with the Auditor of the State of Ohio. During 2025, the Township’s General Fund was the only fund that saw an major increase in revenue and that was because of the Kimberly Clark project.
